Cadaveric Workshop

Event Overview
The Hands-On Workshop on Single Cell RNA-Seq: Bench to Bioinformatics by PARMM Foundation is designed to provide participants with a complete understanding of single cell sequencing workflows from laboratory techniques to bioinformatics analysis.
Participants will gain exposure to real-world datasets and learn how to analyze gene expression at a single-cell level using modern tools and techniques.
With a combination of expert guidance, hands-on sessions, and practical demonstrations, this workshop ensures a strong foundation in both experimental and computational aspects of single cell genomics.
Event Overview
The PARMM Foundation Course in ECMO and Mechanical Ventilation delivers high-quality education and hands-on training in advanced respiratory care. Designed for healthcare providers, it focuses on practical skills and updated strategies for critical care management.
A special focus will also be on Veno-venous ECMO β covering methodology, daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and real-world problem solving.
With expert lectures, hands-on ventilator interaction, and clinical case simulations, this course equips participants to deliver confident, evidence-based critical care.

About Parmm Foundation
The PARMM foundation course in ECMO and Mechanical Ventilation provides high-quality education and hands-on instruction in ECMO and mechanical ventilation management for healthcare providers. The course covers Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) management, focusing on up to date management of ARDS using time tested strategies focused on ECMO and mechanical ventilation. Areas of discussion would involve pressure versus volume, ventilator dys-synchrony, management strategies in key surgical conditions including traumatic brain injury and obstetrical emergencies. Hands on interaction with the ventilator and case-based discussions to improve clinical decision-making will be avenues for elaboration on this topic.
About PARMM Foundation
PARMM Foundation is committed to advancing education and training in life sciences, genomics, and bioinformatics through high-quality, hands-on workshops and expert-led sessions. Our programs are designed to bridge the gap between laboratory research and computational analysis.
The Hands-On Workshop on Single Cell RNA-Seq: Bench to Bioinformatics provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of single-cell sequencing technologies, covering everything from sample preparation and sequencing workflows to data analysis and biological interpretation.
With a focus on practical learning, participants will work on real datasets, explore modern bioinformatics tools, and gain the confidence to apply these techniques in research and clinical settings.
